Welcome to the Otonoma Messaging program. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By opting into our Messaging program, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

The Otonoma Messaging program is used exclusively for internal demonstration, system testing, and workflow validation. Messages are sent only to Otonoma employees who have explicitly opted in to receive them and a handful of company advisors. Messages may include system alerts, workflow notifications, and test messages related to the Otonoma platform.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user interaction with the demo environment and internal testing schedules.

3. Cost and Disclosures

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the Messaging service at any time. To unsubscribe, text STOP to the number from which you are receiving messages. After you send the Messaging message STOP to us, we will send you an Messaging message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive Messaging messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or text START to resume.

5. Help Instructions

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact our internal support team.

6. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy Policy

Data obtained from you in connection with this Messaging service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we protect your data.
