Orchestrated autonomy for travel
Travel is the most human of industries, running on the least connected systems. The intelligent network connects them — and keeps every itinerary alive, re-planning when anything changes, with trusted people at the center.
One minute
The trip, as it should be
A vision film of the connected trip. Everything in it is a prototype or a simulation — the direction we are building in, shown end to end.
The problem
When systems don’t talk, everyone pays.
A flight is late, a guest arrives early, a boat day is lost to the weather. In every case the data existed somewhere — but no system acted on it. Advisors and concierges fix it by hand, admirably, one phone call at a time. That doesn’t scale.
Someone else owns the guest.
Online travel agencies take a large share of bookings — and the relationship that comes with them.
Dozens of systems. None of them talk.
Reservations, property, dispatch, dining, messaging — every one knows a piece. The traveler is the one who connects them.
More personal. Same budget.
Guests expect a person who knows them at every step. The hours to do it by hand don’t exist.
The open table nobody offered.
A free suite, a spare car, a table that just opened — the goodwill is there. Offering it is still manual.
The No-App App
No app. No portal. Just the thread they already use.
The whole trip lives in the messaging travelers already have. The flight, the driver, the room and the dinner confirm each other in real time, with a trusted person in the thread. When plans change, the network re-plans — and the guest simply sees a better morning.
- A live itinerary that is always up to date, from day one.
- Fixes before the guest notices — the plan moves before the disruption lands.
- The right message at the right moment, from a person the guest trusts.
Illustrative scenario.
Compiled AI · goal tree
A guest arrival, re-planned in real time.
Workflows such as an arrival, an upgrade or a VIP welcome compile into goal trees that run the same way every time, at a small fraction of the cost of asking a language model to reason from scratch. When the workflow meets an edge case, it goes to a person, and the network learns from the answer.
This is one arrival when the inbound flight is two hours late.
Same ice storm. Thousands of itineraries break. All fixed in moments.
When weather or an outage hits, hundreds of plans break at once. The network re-plans them in parallel — flights, rooms, cars, tables — and sends only the genuine judgment calls to a person, with the options already worked out.
Every provider is an actor
Anchors first. Then the long tail.
Networks grow the way the great marketplaces did: a few anchor businesses first, then the tours, transport, dining, wellness and florists that plug in behind them. Every system joins as a node, and the denser the network, the better the offering. But this one is built differently.
- Distributed by design. No one sits in the middle, so no one disintermediates you.
- You choose your partners. Federation is directional — a hotel can be asked for rooms without being able to reach back.
- Your integrations stay your intellectual property. What you connect, you own.
- Every transaction is attributable. Bookings through the network can be reconciled and credited to whoever made them.

We are working with a small number of operators and providers in each market to build it. Several prototypes are in operation today.
